Where our blockchain expertise comes from
Under the name SecureMining, we built an independent division for the housing and automated management of customer miners and complete mining farms – from individual devices to several thousand mining rigs. The dedicated SecureMining website existed until 2023.
In 2018, we were awarded the contract to operate a highly secure mining farm in a former nuclear bunker in the Swiss Alps – investors were given full guarantees and access to their own equipment throughout.
Due to the sharply risen energy prices in Europe, we have frozen the housing offering for new customers – existing customers continue to be supported as always. We continue to actively offer automation, monitoring, safeguarding and management of miners; this remains economically worthwhile for us for commercial miners with more than 20 rigs. We had to discontinue housing for private customers – for this, we refer to a business partner in Switzerland who continues to serve private customers. The infrastructure and security expertise built up in the process feeds directly into our current blockchain security offering.
