Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Note: our customers are practically all businesses. Under Swiss law, business (B2B) customers have no statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal described below therefore applies only to the exceptional case of a contract concluded with a private individual as a consumer, and not to ongoing subscription services (e.g. Managed Firewall, Managed Server & Cloud).

If you qualify as a consumer within the meaning of the relevant provisions, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal upon conclusion of a distance contract (e.g. an order placed by email or via our contact form). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service with your express consent before the withdrawal period has elapsed.

Sample Withdrawal Form

(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form by email.)
