What we offer
Your systems run in 5 state-of-the-art data centers in Zurich, equipped with the latest security, climate control, fire-suppression and backup power systems. You only pay for what you actually need:

All prices subject to change. As a small business, we are exempt from Swiss VAT liability (Art. 10 Para. 2 Swiss VAT Act) – all prices are therefore net of VAT.

Server management (optional)
At the standard price, servers are unmanaged – full administrator/root rights, full access, your own system responsibility. Optionally, we take over management of the guest system (patching, monitoring):
- Management per server: CHF 50 / month
- Management per database installation: CHF 50 / month
- Example Windows Server incl. MSSQL: CHF 100 / month
- Example Linux server with MySQL: CHF 100 / month
With VM management you do not have root rights – if you need these, Managed VM is not the right fit, since you would then manage the system yourself. Individual arrangements are possible, just ask.
Setup & contract terms
- Setup (installing Windows/Linux/BSD etc.) billed by effort, roughly CHF 200–500 per server as a guideline
- Monthly term, 3 months' notice to month-end
- All prices are net of VAT (small business, exempt under Art. 10 Para. 2 Swiss VAT Act)
- Payment generally quarterly in advance; for monthly totals under CHF 200, semi-annually in advance; under CHF 100, annually in advance
- Additional resources can be added at any time without extending the minimum contract term
Backup (optional)
- To separate, likewise redundantly secured systems, at least in a third data center
- Encrypted storage, 1:1 file duplication, secured separately per customer
- From 10 GB, expandable in 10 GB increments
