- Starting our remote-maintenance software – available for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android
- Your personal presence, plus administrative passwords ready at hand
- Please include at least three proposed appointment times in your request; note any urgent need separately
- New customers: we kindly ask for payment in advance
Collax
WolfSec is a certified Gold Partner for Collax and offers the full Collax product range. As a Swiss Collax partner, you can obtain licenses directly from us.

Colocation / server housing
Quarter, half or full rack colocation, managed colocation with hands-on service, or server housing – all including managed security and firewall services, with redundant internet connectivity and redundant power feeds as standard.

- Site redundancy and geo-redundancy available on request
- Tier III / Tier 4 standard, nationwide across Switzerland as well as multiple locations in Zurich
Managed internet connectivity & server-housing details
Managed Internet Connectivity
- Bandwidths on request: 10 Mbit/s, 100 Mbit/s, 1 Gbit/s or more, incl. bandwidth flat rates for cost transparency
- Peerings with various providers, managed security & firewall services included
- IPv4 and IPv6 as needed and per RIPE requirements, load balancing on request
- Free choice of provider / dark fiber possible
- Optional add-ons: backup storage, managed backup, web/mail hosting, monitoring
Requirements specific to server housing (individual servers)
- Rackmount (preferred) or tower server with a remote-management card – without remote management, we unfortunately cannot offer housing
- The card is connected via a dedicated, secured network; you alone keep the login credentials, WolfSec needs no access
- This lets you manage your server yourself 24/7, including out-of-band
- Transparent power billing in 100-watt increments, redundant power feeds included on request
- Hands-on service at our hourly rates, server handover in Zurich, pickup available for a surcharge
