Terms & Conditions

Why IT Services From WolfSec

By comparison: standard hosting from competitors usually reaches only 99 % (4 days of downtime/year), at best 99.5 % (2 days of downtime/year).

Term and Billing

Unless individually agreed otherwise, our service subscriptions run for a term of one year and are billed prepaid, i.e. payable at the start of the term. Cancellation is possible at the end of each term; without timely cancellation (8 weeks before expiry) the subscription is automatically renewed for a further year. Additional packages purchased on top do not automatically extend the term of the base package.

Individual Agreements

For projects and individual services (e.g. consulting, assessments, immediate help), the terms set out in the respective offer apply. Immediate help is billed per commenced hour, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment & Cancellation

WolfSec is exempt from Swiss VAT liability as a small business (Art. 10 Para. 2 Swiss VAT Act) and does not hold a VAT registration number. All prices stated on this website are therefore net of VAT.

Non-discounted / regular products and services are payable within 10 days of invoicing. Discounted services and special offers are always payable in advance.

If you cancel an already-ordered service before it has begun, we reserve the right to charge 10 % of the invoice amount, or a minimum processing fee of CHF 50.-. For ending an ongoing service, the notice period stated above applies instead; the cancellation fee does not apply on top of it.

If an agreed storage/resource limit is exceeded, we will notify you. If usage is not reduced, or no other arrangement is reached, within 14 days, we will switch you to the next, chargeable tier. Brief overages are tolerated and do not trigger an automatic upgrade.

Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
